Update GL code resolution mode

Switch the property between Standard and Advanced GL code resolution modes. Advanced honors conditional codes on payments to DEPOSITS accounts and routes payment-paying-AR rows through the AR single-account override; Standard posts to the base item-mapping GL codes.
