Support Article requirements
Congratulations! You've spent time and energy and built an amazing integration. Now make sure everybody knows how to use it correctly and admire your work!
Your article must contain the answers to the following questions:
- How to sign up for [your app]?
- How to connect [your app] with Cloudbeds for the first time?
- Specific functionality of the integration.
- (Optional) What are the limitations of the integration?
- How to disconnect the apps?
- How does disconnect work from your side if you have this option?
- Please also link to our Disconnect app article to show disconnecting on Cloudbeds side.
- How to get support?
- (Optional) FAQs, this could be added at a later stage.
- (Optional) If this optional feature is supported Supporting Group Accounts it should be specified in your support article.
- (Optional) A short video (2-3 minutes) showing the integration functionality is highly recommended! Check out this example of customer facing video.
The article should be in English (unless you're only supporting other languages, and not English).
The article must be publicly hosted on your website (or help desk center/knowledge base).

Make sure to update the article when any new features are added or contacts are changed.
