1. Initial troubleshooting

If you run into any issues, we expect you to go through some self-check tests.

2. Send us a ticket

If you are still experiencing issues, send us an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  • Logs for the request/response including the timestamp
  • X-response-ID (from the response header)
  • Your app's assigned client_id
  • Call(s) requested
  • Parameters sent
  • Response received
  • Expected/unexpected records, and why
  • Property ID Involved

To speed up resolution, please, make sure that all the above details are included when sending us a ticket.
