1. Initial troubleshooting
If you run into any issues, we expect you to go through some self-check tests.
- Check our Authentication section to review that the authentication is implemented correctly.
- Review our Common API errors & How to handle
- Replicate the issue using Postman to rule out any issues that might have come from your environment. You can download our Postman Collection to run these tests.
2. Send us a ticket
If you are still experiencing issues, send us an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Logs for the request/response including the timestamp
- X-response-ID (from the response header)
- Your app's assigned client_id
- Call(s) requested
- Parameters sent
- Response received
- Expected/unexpected records, and why
- Property ID Involved
To speed up resolution, please, make sure that all the above details are included when sending us a ticket.
