October 2026 - IMPORTANT ACTION REQUIRED: getTransactions endpoint will become inactive on December 1st, 2026

Dear Partner,

As announced in our January 2025 changelog (https://developers.cloudbeds.com/changelog/january-2025), the getTransactions endpoint is being sunset in favor of the Cloudbeds Accounting Service API.

We are now confirming the timeline: the getTransactions endpoint will become inactive on December 1st, 2026. From that date, any requests to getTransactions will no longer return data.

What you need to do:

  • Review your Client ID if still active for getTransactions.
  • Migrate your integration to the Cloudbeds Accounting Service API endpoints before December 1st, 2026 if not completed yet.

The Cloudbeds Accounting Service API is now the main way to obtain transactional data from Cloudbeds, and it will continue to expand to cover additional use cases that getTransactions does not support.
