NEW RoomBlock API Endpoints

The following endpoints have been added to Cloudbeds API in order to get information related to rooms that are currently blocked/out-of-service for specific dates and specific reasons. It allows blocking/setting out-of-service rooms for specific dates for a given reason, it also includes the possibility of updating current blocks or deleting any existing blocks within the PMS via the Cloudbeds API.
